Server Rules & Terms of Use

By creating an account, accessing, or playing on L2 Temida, you agree to follow the rules and terms listed below.

General Gameplay Rules

  1. 01. Every player is required to read and follow these Rules. The purpose of these Rules is to maintain fair gameplay, protect the community, and ensure proper operation of the server. Participation in the L2 Temida community is voluntary.
  2. 02. Access to and participation in the game server is free. Players may optionally purchase virtual Coins or other digital content made available through the official L2 Temida systems. Making a purchase does not provide immunity from these Rules, special administrative privileges, or protection from penalties imposed for violations of the Rules. Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits mandatory rights granted to users under applicable law.
  3. 03. Every player joining L2 Temida is responsible for becoming familiar with these Rules and complying with them while using the website, game server, User Control Panel, and other services provided by L2 Temida.
  4. 04. The administration may temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to an account where there is a justified reason, including violation of these Rules, fraud, abuse, cheating, security concerns, threats to the service or other users, legal requirements, or serious technical reasons.
  5. 05. Creating and using a game account does not require the player to provide full identity information. Account registration is based on a username, password, and valid e-mail address.

Trading, Accounts & Economy Rules

  1. 06. The sale, purchase, exchange, or commercial transfer of accounts, characters, in-game items, Coins, or other virtual assets for real money outside the official L2 Temida systems is strictly prohibited. Trading L2 Temida assets for assets or currency from other servers, games, services, cryptocurrencies, or external platforms is also prohibited. Attempts to advertise, arrange, facilitate, buy, or sell such transactions may result in suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts.
  2. 07. The use of bots, automated gameplay software, unauthorized macros, scripts, cheats, exploits, packet manipulation tools, or other software providing an unfair gameplay advantage is prohibited. Violations may result in a temporary or permanent ban.
  3. 08. The following activities are prohibited within L2 Temida: sharing pornographic or unlawful content, threatening or seriously harassing other players or staff, advertising competing game servers, conducting unauthorized commercial activities, distributing malware or malicious links, and intentionally disrupting the community or services.
  4. 09. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or unfairly influence Olympiad results, tournaments, rankings, events, or other competitive systems is prohibited.
  5. 10. Users are responsible for content they publish or communicate through chats, forums, private messages, shops, character names, clan names, titles, or other communication features. L2 Temida may remove content that violates these Rules or applicable law.

Behavior & Chat Rules

  1. 11. Players must not request items, Adena, Coins, teleports, statistics modifications, or other gameplay advantages from Game Masters or administrators except through official systems or events that expressly provide such rewards.
  2. 12. The administration may update these Rules where reasonably necessary, including due to changes in law, security requirements, fraud prevention, technical changes, gameplay changes, or changes to services offered by L2 Temida. Material changes will be communicated to users where required by applicable law. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights already granted to users under applicable law.
  3. 13. Serious insults, threats, harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior directed at players or staff may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.
  4. 14. Excessively vulgar, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language may be restricted in public channels, nicknames, character titles, clan names, shops, and other publicly visible areas.
  5. 15. Scamming, intentionally misleading other players, fraudulent trading, deliberate price manipulation, impersonation, or attempts to obtain another user's account or assets through deception are prohibited.

Account Security Rules

  1. 16. Players are responsible for actions performed through their accounts. The administration is not required to restore items or assets lost as a result of ordinary player mistakes, accidental actions, incorrect transfers, or misclicks, unless restoration is required by applicable law or expressly offered by an official recovery system.
  2. 17. Penalties may become more severe for repeated violations. The administration may consider the seriousness, frequency, circumstances, and impact of the violation when determining an appropriate penalty.
  3. 18. Serious or repeated violations of these Rules may result in temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or removal of associated game content where justified.
  4. 19. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and e-mail account. Users should use a valid and accessible e-mail address, as it may be required for account activation, password recovery, security notifications, or other account-related communications.
  5. 20. Failure to read these Rules does not exempt a player from complying with them after accepting them and using L2 Temida services.

Virtual Coins & Payments

  1. 21. Coins are virtual in-game units intended exclusively for use within the L2 Temida service. Coins are not legal tender, fiat currency, electronic money, cryptocurrency, a financial instrument, an investment product, or a means of payment outside L2 Temida.
  2. 22. Coins have no guaranteed monetary value outside the game and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, or converted by L2 Temida into cash, bank funds, PayPal funds, cryptocurrency, or any other external monetary value. L2 Temida does not provide a cash-out mechanism for Coins.
  3. 23. Coins may only be acquired through official systems made available by L2 Temida. Selling, purchasing, exchanging, or brokering Coins, accounts, characters, or in-game items for real money outside the official systems is prohibited.
  4. 24. A Coin purchase concerns a specific package selected by the user. Before payment is initiated, the user is presented with information concerning the selected package, number of Coins, applicable price, currency, and available payment method. The purchased Coins are assigned to the game account that is authenticated when the transaction is initiated.
  5. 25. Creating a payment order does not itself result in the allocation of Coins. Coins are credited to the relevant game account only after the payment has been successfully confirmed by the applicable payment service provider and the transaction has been successfully finalized by the L2 Temida system.
  6. 26. L2 Temida maintains internal system records relating to completed Coin transactions. Such records may include the transaction or order identifier, game account, purchased Coin package, number of allocated Coins, transaction status, payment method, and date and time of the relevant operation. These technical records are used, among other purposes, for transaction reconciliation, accounting, fraud prevention, technical support, and confirmation that digital content was delivered.
  7. 27. Payments are processed using third-party payment service providers. Payment providers may independently perform payment authentication, security checks, fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and other controls required by their systems or applicable regulations. L2 Temida does not independently perform KYC or full identity verification of game account holders unless such verification becomes legally required.
  8. 28. Purchasing Coins grants the user only the right to use the corresponding virtual content within L2 Temida in accordance with these Rules. Purchasing Coins does not transfer ownership of the L2 Temida software, server infrastructure, intellectual property, accounts, characters, game databases, or other elements of the service. Nothing in this section excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Where applicable law requires separate consent for immediate delivery of digital content or a separate acknowledgement concerning the statutory right of withdrawal, such consent or acknowledgement may be requested as part of the purchase process.

Final Provisions

  1. 29. If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  2. 30. In matters not expressly regulated by these Rules, applicable law and mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
