You can take this quest only after completing:
Bird in a Cage

The quest begins at NPC Kanis on the Isle of Prayer.

Kanis gives you a Refined Crystal Sample. Take it to NPC Galate, who stands next to the Hellbound Warpgate in Heine.

After handing over the crystal, the quest ends — you do not receive any item, but you gain access to **Hellbound Island**.

To enter Hellbound, simply talk to the Warpgate in the center of Heine near the Gatekeeper.
