Warp to Gludin and head toward the Wastelands. Turn north and run through the large stone archway. Continue past Monster Eyes, Basilisks, and Skeletons until you reach two tall stone columns — Casian stands between them.

Casian sends you to Galate, located in the center of Heine. Go down the stairs from the Gatekeeper — she stands beside the Hellbound Warpgate.

Galate sends you back to Casian. Speak with him again and he will give you Casian's Blue Crystal.

Return once more to Galate and show her the Crystal — she will grant you **permanent access to Hellbound**.

Simply talk to the Warpgate to enter Hellbound.
