This quest is started at Asefa. Your goal is to summon and kill Soul of Water Ashutar using the Varka’s Holy Altar.

Requirements

• Level 75+
• Green Totem – required to summon Ashutar
  (obtained from the quest Magical Power of Water – Part 1 )
• Access to Varka’s Holy Altar

1) Start the Quest

Talk to Asefa and accept the quest (requires level 75+). If you have completed Magical Power of Water – Part 1 , you will already have a Green Totem.

2) Summon Ashutar at Varka’s Holy Altar

Go to Varka’s Holy Altar. To summon the boss:

• You must have Green Totem.
• Ashutar must not already exist in the world (only one can be active at a time).
• The quest’s internal summon timer must be inactive (prevents repeated summons).

When you choose the summon option, the quest will:

• Consume Green Totem
• Spawn Soul of Water Ashutar
• Remove Varka’s Holy Altar from the world

3) Kill Soul of Water Ashutar

Kill Soul of Water Ashutar to obtain: Ice Heart of Ashutar.

Respawn & Cooldown Logic

After summoning Ashutar, the quest starts a 20-minute timer. What happens next depends on whether Ashutar is still alive at the end of that timer:

• If Ashutar is still alive after ~20 minutes:
  The quest will despawn Ashutar and spawn the altar again. This allows another attempt (requires another Green Totem).
• If Ashutar is killed before the timer ends:
  The altar will not be respawned by the quest and will return only after its 36-hour world respawn or a server restart.

4) Return to Asefa and Finish

Go back to Asefa with Ice Heart of Ashutar to complete the quest.

• EXP: 10,000

Troubleshooting

• Altar is missing: wait for the 36h respawn or a server restart.
• Cannot summon: Ashutar already exists or the summon timer is still active.
• .rb status: This boss is a quest summon and may not behave like a standard raid boss.
