Acquisition of Divine Sword
Level 80 / Rafforty (Ice Merchant Cabin)
(One-Time quest)

This quest continues the Freya / Jinia Guild storyline and follows directly after Request Of Ice Merchant . Rafforty arranges a secret meeting with Jinia, who explains the importance of the Divine Sword and sends you to the Mithril Mine to help recover it.

1) Start the Quest

Talk to Rafforty in the Ice Merchant Cabin. He tells you that Jinia wants to speak with you in the secret hideout of the Jinia Guild.

2) Enter Jinia’s Secret Hideout

Ask Rafforty to send you inside the hideout instance. Once inside, speak with Jinia.

  • Location: Secret Hideout of Jinia Guild
  • Objective: Meet Jinia and hear the next part of the story
Important: After progressing Jinia’s dialogue, the hideout instance starts its collapse timer. You only have a short time left before it closes.

3) Speak with Jinia

Jinia explains more about the Ice Queen, the Guild, and the need to secure the Divine Sword. She then sends you to the Mithril Mine, where the sword has been found.

4) Go to Krun at the Mithril Mine

Travel to the Dwarven Village area and talk to Krun. He can lead you into the Mithril Mine instance.

  • NPC: Krun
  • Instance: Mithril Mine
  • Before entering, you receive a Cold Resistance Potion if you do not already have one.

5) Save Injured Kegor

Inside the mine, find Injured Kegor. He has been poisoned by the creatures in the mine. Use the Cold Resistance Potion on him to save him.

Warning: As soon as you help Kegor, several monsters will appear and attack. Be ready to fight immediately.

6) Defeat the Mithril Millipedes

After treating Kegor, four Mithril Millipedes spawn nearby. Defeat them to secure the area.

  • Monster: Mithril Millipede
  • Spawn Count: 4
  • Objective: Kill all of them before continuing

7) Talk to Kegor Again

Once the monsters are defeated, speak with Kegor again. This completes the rescue and finalizes the mission in the mine.

Tip: After the rescue is completed, the Mithril Mine instance begins its final collapse countdown. Do not stay inside too long after finishing the objective.

8) Complete the Quest

Finishing the dialogue with Kegor completes the quest immediately. You receive:

  • 296,425 Adena
  • 921,805 EXP
  • 82,230 SP

Summary

Acquisition of Divine Sword is a short instanced story quest. First you meet Jinia in her secret hideout, then enter the Mithril Mine through Krun, save Kegor with the potion, defeat the spawned Mithril Millipedes, and finish the quest by speaking with Kegor once more.
